Mid Fifties, semi-retired after contracting cancer (Melanoma) but it has been almost cured using alternative therapies – I still write and edit. Married to an intelligent, gorgeous and very successful woman and have five equally fantastic daughters. My life is pretty good.

—Regarding your answer you so much for your suggestion. I have not tried nerve blocks yet. How long does the relief last and are they covered by insurance?

Regarding your answer:
Thanks for your trouble! The link you included (from ‘tellytoad’) says I can only tune to ITV HD when I have the new EPG – which I don’t (although my HD box – Amstrad – is only a week old, and my Sky card only 4 days old. Does your procedure force this upgrade? And do I risk anything by trying it?
