My goal is to learn something new and to help at lease one person every single day. There are so many interesting and knowledgeable people in this world that I can learn so much from. I too possess some life skills that I am always more than happy to share and offer help to anyone in need of advice or a shoulder to lean on. I have made many lifestyle changes recently in hopes that I can improve my quality of life and be genuinely happy and healthy without the use of any mood altering medications. Instead of succumbing to the depression and anxiety I have suffered with, I chose to take action and take back my life. Healthy diet and exercise worked wonders for me. Attitude changes and positive thinking is a big part of it too. My toddler inspired me to be the best mom and woman I can be. I want to be a great role model and mentor in his life. Every day I continue to work at goals, and when I reach a goal, I make another.
