  @johnpowell Thanks, but no, that’s not the site I’m looking for. It really was a web-based originality-pusher :) @YARNLADY It’s not what I’m looking for, but certainly a great way to improve on my English vocabulary while doing good, and I often use it.

  Great ideas for a side salad for a Memorial Day barbecue?

  Memorial day isn’t something we celebrate here in the Netherlands, but you could try a pasta salad mixed up with some kinds of fruit like pineapple, apple, pear, peach and such. Add in some pine nuts, walnuts or other things to bring a little bite to the party. I think it might be a good idea to surprise them without going to far. Don’t do strange stuff like putting sausage and melon together, but try to put together something you think looks and tastes great, so they’ll be impressed.

  What will cause human extinction?

  Actual extinction will take a lot to happen. Something like a Third World War will wipe out lots and lots of people using nuclear weapons, but people will find a way to survive. Even though there probably will be people surviving it, when a large object like a asteroid hits Earth strange things like engulfment in lava could happen, which would probably have the most effect.
