  What are the best novels to read if one is severely depressed?

  Read “Faust” by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe! If you interpret it the right way (which isn’t too hard with a bit of common sense) you will see that in this theatre piece, the vision of the world is positive, and the most important aspect is that God (if there were one) would want us to make mistakes in order for us to grow. Very recommendable, and among the highest there is in literature!

  How to get your partner to trust you?

  I thank all of you for your helpful answers, especially @daloon. I think I can agree with most of you, and I shouldn’t try to force things. I just asked because I was a little worried at the time that I wouldn’t know how to deal with these things, and even if one can see this problem as “minor”, if it’s about the person you love, you’re really feeling his pain, too. Thanks for all the answers!

  Your gay friend could use the fact that he more easily approaches women in order for you to get to know these girls, and the other way around: You could go with him to gay bars and help him get to know other gay guys by asking them for him if they’d like to have a drink with him. (As you’re straight, they will accept this without hitting on you, and further more they’ll think that he’s a great friend because you go through all this trouble just to help him!) :) Hope that helps

  Setup Linksys AG241v2 and D-Link DI-524 port forwarding?

  Yes this seems logical but the problem is the same as with my laptop: The router’s IP is 192.168.0.1, and the modem only allows IPs with 192.168.1. to be forwarded, so I can’t even enter the router there…

  If someone wrote a book about you, would you want to read it?

  Yes, I absolutely would want to read a book about myself. Not necessarily because I want to know what the author thinks about me, but because I’d like to know as many of my different sides as I can, and other people often reveal new sides about us which we didn’t know before, because their eye catches details which are too common for ourselves to see them.
