  I tried doing the heating pad and ice but it still won't go back I have a feeling it's one of my muscles in my neck because it seems like when I open my jaw on the raw side it seems to "pop" and then it's fine

  Why is my neck snapping?

  There could be a clinic around here, but I think it's just out of alignment because I was lifting weights wrong and now it's really tense. There is no pain just really tense and when I tense up my right leg it feels as if someone is pulling on my leg muscle.
