  What do you do when life gets too hard?

  Honestly, 9 times out of 10 I watch comedy, and it makes me feel at least a little better. Anything I can get my hands on – turn on Comedy Central to catch some stand-up or watch a ridiculously funny movie. Don’t underestimate laughter as a medicine. I also think reaching out to other people is the best thing you can do when you feel like life has just become too much to handle on your own. Calling a friend or family member, or simply posting online like you’ve done can help you feel more connected and maybe gain perspective and advice. Hang in there! :)
