Thank you Marina. What you have suggested is what almost everyone would be doing also. I’ve interviewed people too and got one question that I thought stood out in a sea of candidates. The question to me was, is there a company I’ll like our company to be modeled on, like do I see our organization like google or Disneyland. I thought that was a great question to find out what the company’s values are.

I am a marketer and have loved LOVEMARKS. However, after reading your response, I’ve changed my mind. You are absolutely right—companies don’t love anyone, often even their own employees. There are companies I love. . .but I have been questioning this site for a while now (never discussed this with you, Kari). . .like it feeds Kevin Robert’s company with leads. It’s still fun to see the trends in retail, restaurants, etc.

She’s probably around 6 or 7 (we had to guess being we got her from the pound and there were no papers). And she doesn’t fetch. When you throw a ball she just stares at you like you’re crazy. lol
