  Should I buy a condo or house?

  With condos know what you’re getting into wirh the HOA fees. As condos are going into foreclosure when the HOA fees dont get paid… You end up paying for them as do the other residents. So make sure to as the right questions… How many empry units are there? How often do HOA fees get increased? When was the last time there was an increase? How much momey are there in rserves? Is there a cap on increases? Don’t forget about special assessments as well. If your HOA decides they need to repair the elevators for example you ger slapped with a porrion of the cost. Just some rhings to consider.

  Yeah the genesys is sweet as hell! But I need a family car… I will be subjected to extreme physical abuse if I even entertain the idea of getting another 2 door sports car.

  @dalepetrie – whoa!... dude… I also drive a Hyundai, a Tiburon and do love the car. However, any hyundai dealer will be the first to admit that there is still a stigma attached to the brand because when they first came out they had a really bad reputation – initially they were cheaply made, low on quality. Now go smoke some pot and calm down… geez…
