  Called the emergency vet number, receptionist gave a new number because they don’t take wild birds and have no clue what to do. Going to try the number the receptionist gave us now.

  @Augustlan Tried calling the local wild bird control call center and it was closed. @Tink1113 It’s not a baby, a regular sized bird.
