I’ve been happily married to Paul since 1991. We share our home, and our lives, with Martin, the three-legged cat, and Sadie, an unbelievably sweet black Lab and who-knows-what-else mix from our local animal shelter.
My hobbies and interests:
—Cooking
—Gardening

—Baseball (go Red Sox!)
—Socialism
—Turning myself into a sweaty mess at the health club
—Reading and learning
—Spending time with and taking care of my Mom, who has a very aggressive, fast-declining form of Alzheimer’s disease. I moved Mom to my city on June 1st, and I’ve seen her every day since then.
—Some really bad TV shows (“Snooki & Jwoww,” anyone?)
—Botox and facial fillers (everyone tells me that I look about 15 years younger than my age and, yes, it’s all worth it)
Even though I’m a housewife, I have worked in the past. I’m a licensed CPA with an M.S. in Accounting, and I’ve presented at conferences and am a published author.

I thank everyone who responded to my question. I did resolve the problem. I wish all Fluther members a great week and great weather. It is very cold where I live and it is sleeting. The sleet is so fine that one can barely see it.
