Yes, it is a wonderful place and I can still visit anytime.
They are sending me about 6 emails and pictures and videos everyday. Fellow goose and duck lovers to the hilt. They have a custom barn, big lawn and pools and lots of love and attention.
I am sad but happy. I couldn’t have found a better new mother& father goose!
:-)

Thanks, I just stumbled on this site today looking for perspectives on how to deal with religios parents as they approach death and are still unable to accept that others (like their son) do not share their beliefs. I found an interestingly intelligent conversation dealing with the topic and decided to explore the community further. Couldn’t resist sharing my thoughts on the adam and eve topic, it’s so indicative of the whole misunderstanding most people have regarding the origins of religion and the miriad variations of it that exist. We are an incredibly anxious species, and with good reason, our ability to advance thought so much faster than our ability to evolve our flight, fight or freeze response is maddening.

I do find it dissapointing that the flow of the conversation has only centered around the genesis version of the myth, I guess most here are unconfortable exploring the basic psychology of the purpose of religions themselves. At least a few lurkers gave me a thumbs up, hope they find the urge to share more some day.
