  Is it really possible to stay friends with an ex?

  I’d have to so no. I have been on a pleasant speaking relationship with my ex for nearly 25 years but we’re not friends. We raised a daughter together and stuck strictly to our agreement to never criticize or bash the other with our daughter around and I respect her but friends, no. I think if you truly loved your ex, being friends in the strict sense is near impossible. Most folks that I know the have their ex’s as friends are just holding on hoping that their ex will fall in love with them again.

  What would you say is the length of the average modern song?

  According to Yahoo! Answers the average is 3 1/2 minutes. The average of my MP3 library is 4 minutes 10 seconds. Without selecting genre and defining “modern” better that’s as close as you can get.

  Are there any options to replacing a furnace?

  Nearly everything in a furnace can be repaired or rebuilt. In the process of doing so they also can be made more efficient. Look long and hard at repairing your existing furnace and making it, and your home more energy efficient. The bank account you save will be your own.

  Guys, help me out here...why are threesomes so awesome?

  If you have to look outside for support to get your wife or GF into a threesome you are already two strikes down in the count. In my experience there are four types of women who go for a MFF threesome: the sexually adventurous, the bisexual, the bicurious and sexual professionals. Trying to convince a women who doesn’t fit these four is a formula for diaster. In the case of a MMF threesome the types of women that go for this are: the sexually adventurous, the sexually unsatisfied and the last ditch relationship saver. The latter two types are also a formula for disaster. If she doesn’t warm immediatley to the suggestion, walk away if you value your relationship.

  Should we be increasing the number of military troops in the Greater Middle East?

  As much as the general Iraqi public hates the idea of the American armed forces in thier country, they are afraid for the day when they will leave. Iraq lacks the tradition of pride in freedom. By tradition their Army, Police and Politicians will sell out to benefit themselves or their families. There are some who are starting to embrace a society where hard work can get you ahead but there are years of corruption and little government to regulate it. The Iraqis need the stability of US forces and the guiding hand these forces bring to their government, army and police.
