Also, most apps, especially ones like Jirbo, are very explicit that it’s “FREE for a limited time”. That doesn’t mean you’ll ever be charged. It simply means that you can get it now for free, but if you wait then you will have to pay. This is a very common practice to give the users a chance to get it free. :-)

  Should the rev matching feature on the Nissan 370Z's manual gearbox have been put on the automatic instead? Why?

  Because automatics aren’t even directly connected to the gearbox, they are connected via a liquid filled box (to keep things simple here), thus that liquid takes the hit, which is why automatics have silky smooth shifts every time. @pdworkin, the synchros just prepare the dogteeth for the next shift Maybe we just don’t understand your question….?

  Nikon Manual SLR coupled with AF-S?

  Nonono I’m talking about putting an AF-S lens on an AI body, people say you “can’t” use the ‘G’ lenses .. but don’t specify why you can’t use them, I can attach them and I can see through them just fine, I guess I could always run out to walmart and get some film and see what happens. I know I won’t get focusing, I just don’t see why people say you “can’t” use them just because you can’t change the aperture; 90% of the time I’m shooting wide open anyways, the rest I stop it down two stops just to get sharpness (which is why I have a set of ND filters) An obvious problem I will have though is using DX filters on a full frame, obviously I will get some vignetting, but.. honestly it wasn’t bad looking through them (besides my ultra wide 10–20mm lol)
