  What comes first the super hero or the super villain?

  Generally, I think villains come first. They provide the reason for heroes to exist. If you take the example into real life, how many freaks do you see and how many heroic vigilanties are there? There are a ton more bad people demanding good people to step up then there are good people driving others bad. Plus, remember, the Joker is insane.

  How can i build a community site?

  Just go to ning.com and get an account. At ning you can create your own social network without any programing. There are some other services like this but I can’t recall them at the moment. You could also just use somethng like wordpress, drupal, or phpbb, and then just build on top of them.
