Sorry about the smoking again part, but instead of thinking of it as a failure, think of it this way, we were successful in not smoking for this many days, weeks, months. And next time strive to be at least as successful as before. This way your mind set is that your becoming more and more successful. And your more likely to keep trying until you never smoke again.
