  What is a great recipe to make for a date?

  i think i’ve decided on the following: white wine to drink, the union square cafe nut mix (roasted cashews with rosemary, butter, cayenne pepper, brown sugar) for initial noshing, then chicken veronique with wheat pilaf and grilled asparagus for the entree. homemade choc chip cookies for dessert! thoughts?

  What is your favorite color? And why?

  Call me boring, call me a liar (since 2 of my favorite colors aren't even technically colors), but I love black and white, and I often use grey as my "color" substitute. Really, though, I find those colors to be perfectly versatile and classic, but ALWAYS with a truly bright and vibrant shot of turquoise, melon, red, or some other surprise accent shade.

  What was your most memorable experience in high school science?

  Memorizing the entire Table of Elements by making up sentences (i.e., Libby BcNofnee and her friend Namig). Still remember it all! Getting the Most Improved prize in Biology was extremely satisfying.

  How do I learn to sleep on my back?

  I'm a teeth-grinder and a clencher, and after being told that, at the age of 20, I was on my way to having the teeth of a 40-yr-old since I had ground them down so much, I started the process of finding the right remedy. I started out with a standard sports mouthguard, but I eventually realized that, while it stopped the grinding, it didn't stop the clenching; in fact, it made my jaw lock and I could barely open my mouth wide enough to eat a bagel during the day. I then found my MIRACLE: The NTI (google it and Dr. Jeffrey Hoos). My dentist invented this device that fits over your top two teeth, is fairly subtle, although not necessarily sexy, and has TRULY saved my life. I can't sleep without it.
