My name is Carl despite my efforts to get my friends to call me drClaw. I used to be a DJ in Seattle (that’s where drClaw came from), but after graduating in 2004 I got hooked on the enterweb where I now reside as an SEO&wannabe flash designer/programmer.

How can I generate a square halftone?

A martial artist enthusiast eh? Let me ask you something; I experience this when I’m ‘sparring’with my silent, tubular opponent aka heavy bag. At some time early in the routine, I reach a certain state of mind, where I’m no longer anticipating the blows or the combinations I’ll use, my body seems to simply be on automatic, my mind is free wheeling, almost as if I’m outside myself, watching my moves.
Do you experience this when you go through kata or other exercises?
