OK, I guess after a year and however many months, I should write a bio. Sure, maybe it has something to do with the awards : )

I’m a Baha’i. Have you heard of the Baha’i faith? We believe in unity of religion through a recognition that all religions come from the same source and all of them describe a singular God.

When I have the feeling that my post was a bit rushed, I check it more thoroughly afterwards. If I find misspellings I usually edit them. What also helps is Firefox’s spell check feature underlining mistakes, although sometimes I ignore it because it also marks too many unusual correct words.

English isn’t my native language. I’m a German citizen and English is my second language. I got my M.S. in the US and my kids are American citizens. I published a 730-pages science fiction novel in English (took me 10 years) and learned a great deal about the language, self editing, professional editing and typesetting.

By the way, my recent question in which I included a classification of religions and atheism should also include the Bahá’í Faith because it comes very close the other enlightened forms I mentioned here
