  Is there a design format that allows you to place a logo in Word on a coloured background, without a white box around the logo?

  As @J0E said, the PNG files will do the trick but the background has to be transparent. What software are you using to create the logo?

  Photoshop won't let me select more then one layer...

  You may have corrupt preferences. This works fine on my end so there is something wrong.

  Vitamins or supplements with multi-pill dosages: all at once, or throughout the day?

  I was checking out a new multi-v, and it was a two-gelcap dose. Wasn’t sure if I was supposed to spread it out during the day. I know the water-soluble vitamins can be flushed out if not absorbed, so I thought maybe the dose needed to be spread out to maximize absorption.

  Thanks for the info. As for the fish oil, I take it in pill form and it has no aftertaste so I just take it in the A.M. along with my vitamins. You mentioned medications, I assume this applies to vitamins? I am not taking any medications.

  Warm socks that won't make your feet sweat?

  Just following up here, I found that it was the shoes/boots I was wearing that made the sweat worse. I found some breathable insulated winter boots this year, and while I still get sweaty feet, nothing like I did with the older boots. Thanks again all!
