  Is Books-A-Million owned by Christians?

  I think that it is probably not important whether the owners are christian or not. It would appear, from what little you’ve relayed, they it is their goal to promote a christian oriented line of products and thus, homosexuality would be largely discouraged.

  I am registered as "Green Party" in the state of California...does this mean I must vote "Green Party"?

  I am also registered as Green. Vote any way you want. Your party choice only limits some of your choices in the primary, I think. In other words, you may not be able to vote for or against a democrat or republican, you may only have green party members to choose from, but you get to vote on all the issues, just like everyone else. I always discuss the issues and the candidates with my husband, who is a Democrat, because he is more current on the news that I can be. We invariably vote the same way, but I don’t intend to change back to Democrat just because of that. I chose the Green party because of the values they stand for and because I was disgusted with the democratic party. I would never vote Republican, ever, and it disgusts me no end that my parents are Republicans. No offense, I’m sure there must be some nice people out there that happen to be Republican. This is just MHO, of course.

  Do you plan on spending your tax rebate check (thus stimulating the economy as intended) or will you save your money?

  Paying off a Treadmill. I’ll stimulate the economy once I have more money at the end of the month, rather than the reverse.

  When does morning sickness start?

  About two weeks after conception. By this date, there is sufficient HCG hormone circulating in your blood to arrest your period. It is the HCG hormone produced by the trophoblastic cells of the placenta that causes nausea. This should cease at about three months, when the fetus’ pancreas begins producing pancreatic enzymes, which are responsible for bringing the explosive growth of the placenta to a dead stop.

  What are good stomach excersises for someone with backpain?

  I agree with skfinkel. Swimming is a great, whole body exercise medium that is especially good for joints and people with health problems, because it partially counteracts the effects of gravity. I would also suggest you talk to your chiropractor, as the best judge of your back’s condition and the best way to strengthen it without doing more damage.
