Thanks again, i can understand your frustration and i guess points made by you are true to some extent , seems you are dealing with Tier3 or Tier 4 software companies where coders are overloaded and have very less to no experience, so they just try to accomplish whatever is written in contract (written communication is taken much more seriously by Indians than verbal, if its written than it has to be done, whatever it takes) certainly they think the client is very intelligent and just can’t miss anything when he writes a contract (also why to do anything for free its not social service, do what you are paid for, if you want a print apps either write it first in contract or PAY more)
Also Indian coders are all over the industry google, microsoft, adobe, oracle, SAP,IBM, Capgemini.. ..all companies have Indian coders and they are just as great as americans if not better and thats well known in the industry.
