Do you believe the current Presidential candidates are running because they: 1) Have something important they wish to do as President; 2) Just want to be President for the power, because they feel it is their destiny, etc.; or 3) Just happened to end up in this place at this time, or think now is their big chance because of an otherwise weak field?

Naw, I was just razzin ya. Don’t take it personally. I just happened to read the quoted thread where you ripped that guy a new one and then saw you jokin on this other thread and I thought I’d give you a hard time. I couldn’t care less if anyone else understood it. (that’s why I didn’t address it to you directly.) We’re still friends.right?
I totally agree Hossman. We have to stop believing that one party is different from the other and hope that we can discover individuals with truly great leadership qualities. It may not seem like the two parties are the same when you compare them on individuals levels. Bush and Gore were certainly different as people….But, they are ALL bought and sold by corporations. Capitolism gone mad.
Hossman,
Excellent commentary and it’s great to hear from a true believer in Jesus Christ on this web site. You said it well with John 14:6 and although you didn’t specifically refer to it, I believe you wonderfully wove in Ephesian 2:8–9. Those unbelievers in Jesus Christ who apparently do not believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, our Savior, Lord and God in the flesh, will now never be able to say they never heard the gospel.

Great answer, whether it was aimed at me or the general populous.
Yours was one of only two answers that I liked at the time of my submitting this comment.

Hoss, if I've offended your delicate sensibilities somehow, I apologize. I didn't realize you were so easily offended by a complete stranger on the internet.
That's a good answer. Made me laugh. I can just see your playground and kitchen table struggles.
