Thanks for your response. I have no Actual information about the group that signed the ‘Right of Free Will to Stay’ Document, just a brief hearing of their situation on a radio news show. Basically, I believe, one would want a VOICE in the matter, when it comes to being FORCED away from their property, or place of residence. These natural disasters seem to be happening more frequent and one rarely, if ever, hears of the silent voice that wants to REFUSE an Order to Evacuate. Do we lose our Right Of Judgement for OUR OWN survival, simply because the government says JUMP?! Just something to ponder, the next time you see and hear of Entire Communities being uprooted, when – but a fraction of an area was affected. A lot of people thought that Katrina became a military exercise on how to control a populated city during a breakdown of order. . .
