I write fiction and have done so five days a week from nine to seven or so the past five years before that I wrote fiction while my children were in school. Occasionally I suffer migraines or real life events that interrupt my schedule.

Yoga and more yoga. I listen to a lot of music, mostly jazz, some funk, a little hip-hop, and my sons jazz-rock-bank with various electronic effects and his own electronic compositions.
