  Do you know how to get rid of this?

  when I’m in safe mode, it says files cannot be found and asks if I want to browse for it. if I try to install it, it says there is an error either code 2 or 5. not in safe mode, the “security tool” virus has a bubble from the toolbar saying that whatever I am trying to use is an infected item trying to give away my information.

  but I can’t get malwarebytes to work at all now and I have access to my parents computer, it’s a windows vista, mines just a xp. and no I don’t have it backed up which is also why I could get in trouble because all of mine, my parents, cousins, and grandparents iPod and iPhone are connected to my computer.

  Do you know how to get rid of this?

  I used malwarebytes to get rid of a similar virus before and it worked fine. this time I tried to use it, in safe mode, and it deleted it for a few hours but it came back and it never got rid of skynet, it always said it could not be deleted. and now it’s to the point where I can’t use it, i cant see or use my desktop icons and i can’t re install it. and I would be in trouble because my parents got it for me in the idea that nothing was gonnah happen and it was gonnah last forever. haha

  Do you know how to get rid of this?

  i tried MalwareBytes but I didn’t work. and I can’t take it to a professional without getting in trouble for it.. my parents bought me this laptop five years ago but they don’t understand that I need a new one because of like the battery and such.
