What's a good PDF editor for Mac OS X?

I don’t know of any free tool but there is a commercial tool called PDF Studio: http://www.qoppa.com/psindex.html You can use this to annotate / review PDF documents as well as fill-in forms. Even if the forms are not fillable you can use a typewriter annotation that allows to add text anywhere in a document.
