  I turn into a crazy bitch during PMS, help?

  Been there! I soooo sympathize with you. I know I ruined some relationshps because of PMS (friendships too). I did a couple things. 1. I started realizing that I was tripping and I forced myself not to. It’s like an internal civil war sometimes. I know it sounds strange, but I don’t want to put the “bitch” off on anybody and then regret it. 2. I started taking birth control pills. Lo-Ovral to be exact. That helped alot. Of course a more balanced diet, exercise and lifestyle factor in to it greatly too. Try it! Just force yourself to SHUT UP!

  Conversing with exes while you're in a relationship: Under what circumstances is this appropriate, and when is it not?

  He’s your ex and I totally understand the “being friends with your ex” deal. I wish my ex and I could be cool but he’s not a cool person so it would never work. I am friends with ALL my other exes. We talk occasionally. I think you should just view this as any other person your bf would not want in your lives. I don’t think Josh feels this way because of you and Mark’s relationship, but because of his relationship with Mark and I totally understand that. If I were you, I’d let Mark stay where he was. You probably wouldn’t want him to be cool with another girl you hated. I’m with Josh! :)

  Friend got cheated on - how can I help her?

  I didn’t read all the responses so I don’t know what has been said. I’m sure several people will disagree with me but this is just how I feel. They are DATING, not MARRIED. To me, dating means that you like one another a lot and you could see yourselves together in the future. You may even be working towards this, but until there is a serious committment, “cheating” should be expected. I do feel that people should value one another and be sensitive to people’s feelings but face it, we’re human and it happens. If they really like each other and other than this incident, you feel they’re right for each other, encourage them to work through it and come to a clear understanding of the relationship.

  Have you ever met someone who changed your life forver?

  my choir teacher from high school and my 12th grade lit teacher. my choir director is the reason i sing well today and my 12th grade lit teacher taught me how to write. he also taught me that teachers can be cool. he was soooo cool.
