  Should I sue?

  Please be sure that you have palpable documentation from a reputed physician. Specifically one experienced in these types of injuries. With the current trend towards injurious lawsuits, you’d best find a doctor who’s treated accident victims. Only then should you make the decision to seek legal counsel. Above all else, if you decide to proceed with civil litigation through any advice other than supportive evidence, it may be deemed coercive and erroneous. Be careful. Don’t become one of the many who think they can sue for just about any wrong-doings. Accidents happen all the time and you’re well within your rights to seek financial compensation. Especially if you’ll be stuck with medical/pharmaceutical fees to maintain a level of comfort. However, the current cultural trend to sue for any personal injury is becoming absurd. Don’t fall into that trap, or you’ll suffer chronic pain of a different sort…..

  When was the last time you went to a drive-in movie?

  We are living in a society where we are being multied to distraction. So much so that even the simplest of pleasures aren’t quite as pleasurable as they used to be. That being said, my last Drive-In movie experience was relegated to the Attic of my mind. Double/triple/Dusk to Dawn features at my home-town Drive-In were a ritual when I was in highschool. What better way to ‘hang’ with friends, away from the ever present ‘evil-eye’ of the parentals! My last experience was the epitome of “Multi”. Movies played on screens played in unison to the shrieks of excitable kids and drunk teens….I couldn’t tell you what I saw. Wow….my mom was right! I am getting old!!

  What is your idea of "hanging out" with friends?

  I just returned home from the most wonderful dinner with three people who are perhaps my dearest friends….my sons! Due to current ‘situation’, and not negating the fact that the older two are essentially independent, it’s difficult to sit the four of us down together for any length of time. They’re incredible. I’ve raised some pretty special people! They will contribute greatly to this world someday…...I just know it!

  Call me crazy, desperate, lonely, eccentric….... But don’t call me late for dinner…..‘cause I’ll be right here ‘talking’ to all of my friends!
