  @janbb first, I’m not going after the hotness here, I’m more interested in other angles, like could their similar situation make them understand each other in ways their husbands can’t? Second, you don’t need time to fall in love with someone.

  What would be the place to find this kind of story? Or any kind of story? I’m sure this story exists in one form or another as the setting is so basic. Rule #34 says there’s bound to be a porn version, but I’m searching for something of higher literary value. If it indeed does not exists, I’ll write it. :)

  Why am I dreaming all of the sudden?

  As @Mr_M wrote earlier, you’re merely remembering more rather than dreaming more. Now the reason for this might be the remembering itself. Once upon a time, I used to keep a dream diary. Every morning I would wake up and write down my dreams. The act of writing them down made me remember much more dreams. Before that I rarely dreamed (or rather, remembered them)

  Thank you all for your great answers! I just booked flights to London next wednesday. I plan on doing as much couchsurfing as possible. Besides that, can you recommend any good hostels?

  How is sadness different than depression?

  I haven’t been depressed myself, but my ex has, and from talking about it extensively with her and supporting her, I think @daloon nailed it pretty much. It’s that your feeling terrible and there’s no hope for it getting any better. A common problem with depressed people is that their close friends try to cheer them up, and by definition, it’s just not possible, which just makes matters worse.
