  Tips for relieving menstrual cramps?

  I know that what works for some doesn’t work for all—but this is like my #1 crap magic mix. 2 pepto bismol tablets. 3 ibuprofen. I swear, it works wonders for me. Especially if you take them right as you start to cramp.
