I’m a happy man. I’ve always thought I was a happy man, but I can see now that what I used to think was happy was…ummm…well, let’s put it this way. I’ve always been a positive, upbeat guy who minimized whatever troubles came my way, and went after solving the problems that I could get my arms around. NOW….it seems that I have no problems.
Best to work out hard every day you can.
Well, perhaps I should clarify. If my A/C stopped working, THAT would be a problem. It’s all a matter of perspective.

Hello and I am SO SORRY it has taken this long to reply to your words. I arrived her Oct 12…wrote to Fluther Oct 20…so you can only imagine how I am doing. Drained beyond belief. Her complaints to my sisters…false of course…have resulted in their threatening me with legal eviction from her house. It is almost unreal. I will try to keep up more with Fluther as it is an incredible community. I wish you a wonderful EASTER holiday and hope you stay in touch. I think this kind of abuse towards people should be illegal…problem really is the enforcement and finding witnesses to stand up for what is right. I have been at “my mother’s” after such devastation and I feel more exhausted than when I arrived. You are right. A bare room may well have been better. Elspethe
