All the Fluther Bot does is send an automatic notification. The moderators find the questions and answers and decide what to do about them.
The automated system they are calling the Fluther Bot sends out a notification that a question needs editing, and when you look at your account, there is a notice that appears at the top of the page explaining what the problem is, and giving some options.
