The person on the picture was one of my teachers. His name is
Sogyal Rinpoche. i followed him all over Europe for several years, listening to his teachings. I loved his teaching especially since he could criticize without ever hurting. he was also very funny many times. For a while I taught what he taught in the ” tibetan book of living and dying”.
I live a spiritually focused life.
Most of my focus goes to ” presence, be love, be compassionate, care, share, be, let be”
I have travelled all over the world a lot, taught for many a years, and am semi retired.
I have lived in many places included foreign countries.
