I sit still at the bottom of the sea. Brain waves chill like a sea anemone. Sentient entity. Let the spirit enter me.

Since you’re our resident fish expert, I thought I’d ask you directly: My daughter has a beta in a tiny aquarium w/ light and filter. She keeps the light on all day, and off at night. The under-side of the lid and the filter tube have a pink slimy substance on them. What is it, what should we do to get rid of it, and what will prevent it in the future? Also, how are you feeling (from the accident)? Thanks for any help you can offer!

I thought that they were made by the same people too but I think I had a dream where Chowder and Flapjack met me at the mall and it just got really freaky from there also I think that I turned into a puppet somewhere along the way.

Yea at the end it sort of ruined the moment of fun, but they made a recovery with him building that sandwich. I love how the guy that made Chowder uses names of food for the names of the people and makes up crazy foods, also those puppets and real things he uses just adds a flare that no other show has. Flapjack is still number one, oh and Panfake was another great episode, I loved the commercial for the episode.

PUN TIMES WAS THE BEST! Jesus, Punsey McCale (or however it’s spelled) just made that show hilarious.

It seems like you always have the best icons haha, that show is the greatest, I enjoy how they can draw a realistic picture in a cartoonish way when it comes to certain details.

Angry Beavers rock!

I didn’t want to be a copy cat, so I got myself a Magnificent Powdered Toast Man from Ren and Stimpy.

Wow…I just saw your Peacock Mantis Shrimp videos. Pretty awesome. Could he break the glass if he repeatedly hit it?

How much is one of those?

No problem! Sorry to get your hopes up.

I swear it’s not a god complex…

If that were the case, I’d have taken a rib too!

The consensus was to spend the money on an item other than the choices provided, so any answer that referred to an alternate purchase was counted as being on topic. The absurdity of many answers were meant to open up the questioner’s mind to other options rather than to lock himself into his 2 choices. If I had asked the question, I might be thankful at the enthusiastic participation. It would be far worse than to receive no answer as what happened to me with my recent “Will Almond Trees Grow In Zone 3” question. Again, I apologize for our misplaced exuberance and will strive to direct my friends to define their answers more clearly in the future, rather than to answer by simply giving examples to illustrate the intent of the answer. Thanks for your input! It is a learning experience for us all.

Help! how can a post a link on fluther and have it appear as a word, for an example, your puerco pibil+ link, which appeared as the word *dish instead of the entire youtube url? I looked at the textile examples on the fluther guidelines page, but can’t figure it out.

uberbatman: I am so far out of the loop I had no idea what C&C meant. Googled it…......Aha! Reminds me of any of the Clive Cussler books I have read. One guy (basically) saves the world in every book.
