  Plantar fasciitis night brace?

  Yes, I had the nasty condition a couple of years ago and the brace did help. It was not the easiest thing to sleep in but it made a difference. I bought mine from the Footsmart catalog This is the model I bought: http://www.footsmart.com/P-Night-Splint-Passive-FootSmart-10097.aspx and not only did I find it effective (though it does take weeks I am sorry to say) but it is easy to clean and was sturdy enough to lend to a friend when she got the condition. I tried arch supports (both stretch and wraps) and did NOT find those helpful. I also bought Superfeet inserts and wore them in new, high quality walking shoes. Those helped bring fast relief.
