Has anyone ever had a taste disturbance caused by eating pine nuts?

I’d never heard of such a thing, but recently I made a dish with pine nuts (something I haven’t eaten in years). Now I seem to have this constant bitter taste in my mouth that shows up especially strongly after eating something. Apparently this can be caused by eating pine nuts, especially ones from China (the pine nuts I used were form China).

Has anyone ever experienced such a thing? Should I just not use pine nuts in the future? How long will this last? What should I do to fix this?
