How to be Skeletor for Halloween?

Any ideas? I’m seeing costumes for sale and such, but they all look so cheap and ironically cost over $50.

If not Skeletor, any one else have any good but easy villain ideas for Halloween, similiar?

The mask would be the most important part, so you should spend money for that. The skeleton part can be painted on an old pair of black pants and shirt.
