I would like to know how you cope with Pain?

I have had pain 24/7 for the past 10 months and the Doctors are trying to discover why. Sometimes it hurts so much I just lay on the ground and moan. I have been to the emergency about 8 times in the last 10 months thinking I was having a heart attack. They have done scans, MRI’s and other things. I have had shots in my spine to block pain but still no relief. Is there something you do that helps one to cope with the pain?
