I’m more of a beer drinker than a cocktail drinker, but one I can reccommend is Kro. Note, there are two Kro bars on Oxford Road. One next door to the BBC building, and one further down past the university. The university one is the better one. I’m pretty sure they do cocktails.

Thanks all xx I did leave it a little late to ask the question but never mind…had a lovely time out though and ended up in a very studenty seedy underground bar… it was…an experience! :-) xx

@downtide erm…I think it was called Temple Bar…it was underground (what probably used to be old toilet blocks thinking about it! lol) next to Tai Wu… :-/

@nebule I know where you mean, and yes, it was originally a public toilet!
