Who is this crazy conductor?

I can’t remember his name, but I remember my orchestra director talking about this certain conductor who was always waving his arms around and such. I mean, more than a normal conductor would.

If you have any ideas, maybe post the name and a YouTube link? I’m still looking on YouTube.
