More to the point, where do you store it?

@CyanoticWasp patent… In an antimatter storage factory… like CERN in the future more places will be created

Well first thing is that I am pretty sure they haven’t Discovered Anti-Matter yet. They know its out there but they haven’t been able to capture any.

Second as to how the cost would be determined: The same way the cost of everything else is determined which is supply and demand. If you accept that they haven’t captured any yet and add in the possibilities of what could be achieved if / when they do that = A lot of money. I think the 65 Trillion is a just a figure to represent the pricelessness.

If you figure out how to invest in it please do share.

@mrlaconic not only have they discovered antimatter it is actually being used. A PET scan uses it to track down cancerous cells. You know where it is because you can detect the matter-antimater annihilations.

@Lightlyseared then why are they still trying to get the LHC going to actually smash atoms to get it to make anti matter? Or am I just way off….

@mrlaconic as far as I know making anti matter is not one of the primary goals of the LHC.
