Who are some famous people who majored in or does broadcast journalism?

Oprah started out in broadcast journalism.

Geraldo Rivera.

The most famous would be Walter Cronkite. Many Black or Hispanics broadcast journalist where never given a chance til recently with the advent of Cable TV and the over 300 channels that need programming filled. As far as an anchor position CNN is really the only news station that works for true diversity. Soledad O’Brian would be a good example.

The late Ed Bradley.

@tranquilsea Not to sound dumb or anything but when I looked up the biography of her, it said that she majored in Communications in a university she went to.Is that almost the same thing as Broadcast Journalism?
