In amc's The walking dead, how many episodes will be airing on tv?

The first season only has six episodes. The show probably aired on spec, to see if it would survive ratings, They are going to have to negotiate its future, and gear up for full production.

Yeah, there’s only 6 for this season. Next season they will have 13 episodes

It was kind of like Breaking Bad, they weren’t sure if the show was going to take hold so you only got 8 nights of Walter that first season. Both shows are excellent, and AMC is becoming a powerhouse in great TV with Mad Men, Walking Dead, and Breaking Bad.

This show is soooo good.

I’m loving this show as well. It’s based on the graphic novel series by Robert Kirkman, so if you can’t get enough of the storyline you could always read them. I haven’t started myself, but my fiance has been reading them and eating them up!
