Windows XP user daily time limits?

Hello Fluther,
I am looking to for software to limit kids’ daily time on the computer.
I want to set a total daily limit, and users can divide it any way they want in a 24 hour period.
This is different from the Windows 7 and Vista Parental Controls, which allows scheduling, like 1PM to 3PM and 6PM to 8PM.
