What foods stimulate peristalsis?

All of them.

Coffee and/or sauerkraut both seem to do the trick for me.

Coffee, and beans. @YoBob beat me! I’ve been taking tsp of metamucil each day and have found such a difference in bloating>

@Rarebear has it down. I’m more concerned with the foods that cause reverse peristalsis.

Oat bran, ground flax seed, serious vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, spinach), split peas, lentils, beans, yams, water..
