Can you help me find some information regarding FPL?

I am looking at apartments, and one item I am researching is the cost of the electricity bill for each complex.

When I lived elsewhere, I could type in an address and it would show me the average usage/bill cost for the location. And you didn’t need an account to do it.

Here, I will be using FPL for my electricity utility, but as of yet, have been unable to find a similar tool on their site. Are there any South-Floridian Flutherites that can help me? Or even just somone who is an expert website navigator?
