What would your dog do if he/she was drunk?

Asked by daytonamisticrip (4859points) November 25th, 2010

My brother’s friend’s dogs got into the fridge one night and chewed into the cans of some beer bottles ( a whole 30 rack ) and a couple bottles of… I forget what but anyway they woke up to the sound of the dogs running into the walls and barking at nothing. They tried to climb the walls a few times.
So the question is if your dog or cat or even your fish got drunk what do you think they’d do? Be creative and have fun.
Also if anyone else happens to have a drunk pet story please tell us it!

My dog would most certainly drive. ;)

She would prank call people asking them if “they have prince albert in a can, better let him out” and “is your refrigerator running, better go catch it.” She’s corny like that.

My dog would probably pole dance. Haza!

It would very likely die. Pretty horribly. Dogs don’t metabolize alcohol, so a little bit can kill them. Sorry to be a buzz kill, but it’s not funny.

@CyanoticWasp I was going to say the same thing. Alcohol is highly toxic to dogs and a drunk dog would be very lucky to survive at all.

Two other things dog owners need to be aware of: chocolate and grapes, both of which can also be fatal.

Oh she’d be a wanton tramp from below stairs. Thrusting her fanny wherever she pleases. She’s a tramp & I love her….bum bum bum rough :¬)

My little doggie has always loved hooch and has been drunk several times. He usually has a burst of what we call “Rocket Dog” where he runs around the house all hyper then he finds a place to flop down and go to sleep,

My dog would randomly arrest people.
