Black Ops: What am I doing wrong?

My friend told me that on the map Nuketown in Black Ops, that if you shoot off all the heads of the mannequins, “Sympathy for the Devil” by the Rolling Stones starts playing. I went and did this, went through the entire map and shot off every head of every mannequin, even the ones outside the boundaries. But the song hasn’t played. I just want to know if this is true, or if it is just another Call of Duty myth. And if it is true, then what am I doing wrong?

There are about 3 or 4 mannequin’s outside the map area. You have to hit those too. You might have to use a sniper rifle for 2 of them I think.

It has to be done within 15 seconds of the start of the game. You need multiple people.

Be happy with when the map gets nuked at the end of every game.

This does not work. I have also tried with my friends and we did this in 13 seconds and sure enough, no song. If you do find some other way to get the song to play, I’d love to know how you did it!
