Does anyone here know what a normal digestion time is?
I ate some oats today with flaxseed and 9 hours later… whadya know, there they are in the toilet.
That seems awfully fast.
Does anyone know why this might happen, or can this be normal?
I’m skinny, so i have a fast metabolism but this seems way fast.
any ideas?
