Why did my downloaded Amazon mp3's expire and how can I get them back?

Asked by madmax303 (262points) December 1st, 2010

So I downloaded some mp3 songs from Amazon. I guess the download messed up or went wrong because I couldnt find them anywhere. I checked the downloader and it said that some songs expired. Do I have to buy the songs again? Or is there a way to re-download the songs?

I had a computer crash and want to know the same thing. Mine wasn’t at downloading time, so they all might be expired. If I were you, I’d contact them right away…as no appreciable time has passed. Good luck.

Amazon is pretty good about stuff like that. Contact them and they’ll let you re-download them. Then make copies of them to CD for backup!
